Can I only put a Wall Splat™ on a flat painted wall?
No, Wall Splatz™ can be applied to many different surfaces including glass, metal, and plastic. Extremely textured surfaces may not allow the best adhesion.

Can I use a Wall Splat™ outside?
Wall Splatz™ are intended for long lasting indoor use, however they can be used for a temporary application outside. Wall Splatz™ are water resistant and will last through some mild weather conditions. The outdoor duration of a Wall Splat™ depends on moisture, and sun exposure.

Are custom sizes available?

What are Wall Splatz™ made of?
Wall Splatz™ are printed on an adhesive fabric. This fabric is a non-glare, no-tear, water resistant material that can be repositioned numerous times.

What do I need to order a Wall Splat™?
You will need a digital photo that fits the minimum resolution requirements, access to the internet, and a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

Can I still make a Wall Splat™ if the subject of my picture is cropped?
Yes. Although some images that are cropped drastically or on multiple sides may be unusable, a lot may be OK. Take a look at the Border Splatz™ or “Poster Splatz™” sections of our website for more information. Many edge treatments of the Border Splatz™ make it possible to use images that may not have been usable with the clipped option.

Is my purchase secure?
Yes, your personal information is never shared, sold, or rented to anyone outside of Wall Splatz™. Your payment information is processed immediately on a secure connection, and never stored.

When will I receive my Wall Splat™?
Allow 7-10 business days for for order to be shipped.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?
Sorry, our shipping company requires a physical address to deliver Wall Splatz™.

Do you offer any kind of guarantee or warrantee?
Yes, Wall Splatz™ are guaranteed against any defects. If the Wall Splat™ arrives in a damaged package, refuse the package, notify us within 48 hours, and we will replace it right away.

If there are any problems discovered after shipping is accepted, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort possible to replace, or satisfy your concerns. Please keep all packaging, as you may be required to ship the Wall Splat™ back prior to replacement or a refund.

How do I cancel my order?

Images are processed amlost immediately for production, and may require fees depending on where the order is in process. Any cancelled order will result in no less than a 15% processing fee, including orders cancelled due to unusable images. If there is a question about an images usability, please email the image to qualitycontrol@wallsplatz.com for consideration prior to placing the order.
